The time in the morning when you first wake up is precious. It sets the tone for your whole day. Instead of leaping out of bed and into your day with force, take stock of how you’re feeling, and if you haven’t woken up in the most awesome frame of mind, try to shift it. Instead of letting the downward spiral of negativity to grab you and ruin your day, you grab that downward spiral and you inform it that in fact you woke up inspired af today. <3
